2023-10: This was my first time visiting Chilaxe, came in just to take a look. They have a huge selection of products with a good variety of each type of product. Wally was working and was helpful answering some questions. Will return.

DO NOT USE UPASS FROM HERE. ITS FAKE!! FAILED TEST DUE TO THE PH LEVELS BEING OFF AND THE COLOR WASNT RIGHT. I WENT TO ANOTHER SMOKE SHOP TO COMPARE THE BOXES. THE BOX WASNT THE SAME. EVEN THE WEBSITE ON THE BOX IS FAKE!!! SMH. NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN. Response to review comment: This has NOTHING to do witht he employees. The man who helped did a Great job. Customer service was A1. That's not the issue. I've already spoken with the company who makes UPASS. U will be hearing from them soon I'm sure. I have pics of the box and the way it was packaged. The website that is on the box isn't real! That alone should tell you something is wrong. Then anyone who has ever bought upass should know it's been LAB TESTED before it gets packaged. That's why they guarantee their product will work. It won't make it out of the facility if it isn't correct. Even when I compared it to another upass I got from another store it didn't look right. Stop being cheap and buy the real stuff! 😤 ALSO I WAS GOT EXPIRED DRINKS FROM HERE THE SAME DAY. IT WAS 8 MONTHS PAST THE EXPIRATION DATE. Smh. Ppl gotta be careful buying stuff from yall
