All staff are nice and friendly from what I have experienced. Even if it your first time they make it calming. It is not an overwhelming nor overstimulating place to be. If it is not really busy, they will go out of their way to explain an item you have never seen before which helps with the guarantee that I am buying it now that I have a more thorough idea of what I am getting. Cannot go wrong with this store and wil continue to drive the 1 1/2 hours to experience and get the wonderful service i have been having. These other stores just cannot compare!

Very friendly! The young lady behind the counter is great conversation and very sweet! Just moved here and connected right away! Will def be going back!!

They are my last resort to find a particular flavored product and I only go when everyone else is sold out. The reason is they charge double what everyone else does and it’s either deal with the unpleasant girl at the register and pay twice as much or go on a wild goose chase for an item and today I just didn’t have time… probably won’t go back..

Hi if you're ever in Augusta GA you should definitely stop by this vape and smoke shop. I met two awesome gentleman by the name of Cory and Dylan and they were extremely helpful. They honestly make you feel at home as if you were visiting a friend.

The man behind the counter was beyond helpful and super friendly. I went in to grab a vape for someone and had to FaceTime them so they could see what they had .. the employee was beyond courteous and paused the music to ensure I could hear my call lol which I told him he didn’t have to do. Than we talked about them not having a website and how one is in the works. He let me take pics of the carts they had so I didn’t have to FaceTime next time I came
