Annie was so awesome! Come see her, she is the best sales person!

Annie is the best salesperson ever! She is very knowledgeable of the products and provided great tips to maximize your purchase. Being friendly and professional was the icing on the cake. Thank you Annie!!! You were great!!

I got a flying horse cart from them had great service from the guy who I got it from HOWEVER the cart did NOT work wouldn’t hit at all at full charge so OF COURSE he replaced it which I thought was what was supposed to happen if a product doesn’t work when bought. He gave me a new one and I tried hitting it before I left the store and it worked, great right well not I got home and for the next two days it doesn’t hit well is getting stuck and spitting up which I thought would be a possibly and mentioned to the guy in which he said it’d get fixed however I just called up there and a man answered the phone and said that the first guy went too far for replacing it and I should call the manufacturer which is crazy honestly. I wasn’t asking for another replacement just a discount on another one since $54 went to waste on this one FROM them.

They no longer sell cigars according to the employee’s there

Had a noteworthy experience at my regular vape shop today due to the outstanding customer service from a gentleman named Maxwell. He was exceedingly welcoming, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I already appreciate the shop for having a clean and inviting atmosphere, along with a great selection at the right price, but this type of individual is what will guarantee my repeat business. Keep up the great work, man. PS: enjoyed your music playlist. A good soundtrack makes everything better! Cheers!
