I hardly ever post reviews, but I have to post one about Mr. Brantley and his shop. I love to check out local cigar shops when I go around town and Mr. Brantley here at Smoking Fly Cigars does not disappoint. I've been smoking for 10 years now. Most shops I have been to are nice, but either feel like they are just putting up a theme or the people working their would rather you just buy your stogies and be about your day. However when I arrived here I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Brantley, who I had a very pleasant and educational conversation with. It is obvious he is passionate about cigars and doesn't just sell them for the money but for the love of it. It's great to find a shop owned by a man who runs his business on principle over the dollar. If your in town and are looking for, not just a good smoke but a good place to smoke at, then I highly recommend Mr. Brantley's shop. Needless to say, the next time I'm in town I will be visiting again.

From the moment I stepped in to this gem of a shop, I was met with a great proprietor, fine selection of multiple brands, and excellent hospitality. Asking for a Georgia blend is what I asked for and what I received. Recommendations were given and accepted. Prices are very good. You will not be disappointed with this place, from start to finish (3 hours worth) I loved this place. When I come back, this will be my first stop.

Very nice owner and the place itself was pleasant. If I'm ever down that way again. I wouldn't be opposed to stopping in. The only negative is the owner's knowledge of cigars and ownership. I feel that he may chase away newer cigar smokers with misinformation.

Went in to pick up a cigar on our way out of town. We really appreciated the friendly help and zero pressure from the kind guy helping us (the owner maybe?). Perfect balance of knowledge and hospitality.

Great Cigar shop and lounge in Dahlonega. Owner is a great host. Don't miss if in the area.
