I am honestly shocked and disappointed at what I just experienced at this store. I am a mentally disabled (AuADHD) military wife/mom who can't drive, that is on a very fixed income (As I'm sure alot of us are) All for context of the story. So I was in a hurry and I was with a friend and thought since I had a free ride out in the world I might as well grab a vape and some gummies. So I walk in, no problems at first, very nice man. Helped me find everything I needed to find. Until we got to the gummies. I had made it very clear (but nicely) that I was on a budget, so I wasn't able to spend x amount of money, etc. So I asked him the price on a certain pack and it was $10 for a single gummy and so I told him "No, thank you though, I need to shoot for something a little cheaper." And so he showed me the Rocket gummies. I told him "Great! I'll take 2 of the strawberry packs of those and the Foger!:)" and I even physically ✨TOUCHED ALL 3 ITEMS✨ and said "I'll just take these 3, thanks so much for your help!" We'll because I'm disabled, people like to think that it's okay to ROB me. Because when he rang me up he threw everything in a bag really quickly while I was getting my card (just thought he was bagging things, no reason to think otherwise) and put that original $10 single gummy in there and charged me for it. (Saw it in the bag when I got home and was shocked but at the same time not surprised.) Then I did the math on the screen to his face and he told me it was because of tax. So whoever the manager of the place is, I sincerely hope you read this, because your employees are robbing disabled people and not even giving them RECEIPTS 🫶 Also if you ACTUALLY care, I had to take a $30 loan out in your PARKING LOT on Cashapp to even spend money at your store. So since he just literally put me into overdraft, if y'all feel like throwing me a gift card is the right thing to do I would appreciate it. (Can provide proof of all items purchased if necessary.)

Their customer service is exceptional and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Super friendly and good prices. I'll definitely be going back and recommending to others.

Place is wonderful, very clean and has a great selection of juices! (That you can try :O ) I was greeted as soon as I walked in, unlike most vape shops in hinesville that don't say anything or act annoyed when you Talk to them, they really make you feel like a valued customer. The atmosphere and employees are all cool..The chick that helped me was awesome. She was sweet and seemed genuinely willing to help from beginning to end. Will def be back

Went into this shop after I lost my previous Vape. Wanted to buy a 200 dollar mod but was advise to try one with the same power with less the cost. I got setup with a new mod an tank that blew my mind. With my purchase I receive 3 free juice an with my purchase receive credit towards a store line juice that I was skeptical on at first. But I must say the store line is in line with a premium e juice ( hell of flavor). Great friendly atmosphere an help. This shop is about the vape life style an not on how much money they can get out of you. Also with my purchase received a 10% military discount. A++++ shop!!! Went back the next day an brought another store line juice.
