Lions Vape is a great vape store option if you are in the Johns Creek area. Love their selection, and they treat you like family. Went in the other day and was pleasantly greeted by a store associate named Carolina, who taught me about products and their various variants throughout the store. They have a great attitude, and they deserve all the praise for their knowledge. Overall, great store and would recommend to anyone in the area.

I never expected to have such a disappointing experience with Lions Vape. I am still owed $140, and for weeks I was given excuse after excuse by the father and son who run the business. It felt like a constant cat-and-mouse game every time I asked about the money I had earned. At one point, I was told that the stores had been sold, but based on everything I've seen afterward, that explanation did not appear to be true. It felt like I was being misled instead of being given a straightforward answer. As an employee, we were also instructed not to apply recurring customer reward discounts even when customers were eligible, which created unnecessary frustration for both employees and customers. I had a great deal of respect for this establishment when I started, but that respect is gone. At this point, I don't even care about the $140 anymore. What disappoints me most is the lack of honesty, accountability, and professionalism. I purchased an AEGIS 200w mod from here after being advised by multiple employees this was one of the best mods. Within 2 weeks, the mod will not detect that my battery life is full and there's no way to bypass it. The store manager directed me to contact the manufacturer, which is a Chinese company that you cannot get in touch with other than email (I emailed them a week ago and have had no response). He told me he'd give me 25% off on a new mod, which isn't palatable to me. I understand it isn't Lions Vape fault the mod doesn't work, I would take their suggestions on what mod or product to purchase extremely lightly. You can also almost always find vape products much cheaper than here, so if you're going to be met with little to no customer support or told you're SOL but they'll give you 25 percent off your next mod, I'd just shop online. I highly suggest Alpha smoke for juice, as their prices are much better.
