My fiancee and I came in the shop for the first time yesterday and it was a very pleasant visit. John was very informative and helpful. The other guy (Im so sorry but I did not catch his name)was very friendly. They walked me through all the products and the quality of the products in question. We will definitely be going back.

I stop by at random times, and every single visit is a great experience! John is amazing always upbeat, friendly, and happy to help. Jacob is quiet, calm, and such a wonderful help every time I’m there. Brewer is incredibly focused and always working hard. They make an awesome team, and it really shows. If you’re looking for great customer service, shop with them you won’t be disappointed! This isn’t a paid AD !

Brewers the coolest he's super chill and hooked me and my partner up!!!

Shoutout to John for helping me find exactly what I was looking for and then immediately bullying me for being born in 1996. 😭 In his defense, he was hilarious, super helpful, and made the whole experience feel more like hanging out than shopping. Great recommendations, great customer service, and no pressure at all. Also, major bonus points for being open late. 10/10. Would absolutely return for both the vapes and to get roasted by John again, probably.

John, Jacob & Fern were very helpful today. I’ve trusted Cloud 9 for years to deliver great service and products! Thank you all hope to return soon!
