I wasn’t planning to stop by your store tonight, but I did. I went to the place that I normally stop at, expecting them to be open, but of course they weren’t, due to the winter weather. I then stopped by Cloud9, expecting THEM to be open, but they were NOT, again, because of the weather. And I then drove to Xhale City, which was open. And I was greeted by Makenzie or “Mak” and she was incredibly professional and friendly and answered all of my questions and helped me find the product I was looking for. To the store owner - please give Mak a raise or some kind of bonus - she wore the “Xhale City” coat of excellence well, and I know she’ll satisfy many future customers in the future. You’ve definitely secured a future customer in me and I really appreciate the fine service and excellence you provided to me. Thanks again!

Though I don't smoke or use nicotine based products, I am on a quest to find the best Vape shop in Northeast Georgia. I must honestly say, this place has it all! Great location, plenty of parking, clean, well stocked , friendly staff and competitive prices. Not to mention, the manager, Matt is awesome❣. Very customer oriented, knowledgeable and friendly.This location is owned by the same person who owns the Buford location which I have previously reviewed. So, visit them both! Also, they are having a huge sale on 7/10/22! You don't want to miss it. Must be 18 and older to enter the store. They are very diligent and will check your ID!

I went in here about a hour ago (10:30pm). The lady in there profiled me and it was an uncomfortable experience. I spend $120 with you guys every 2 days. I have never felt the way I felt tonight, I’ve met some dope people at your stores but because of this I will never step foot in another Xhale city again. She was kind when I first walked in. Greeted me. And then I seen a new inferno product and asked to see it, I snapped a photo of it. I guess I was holding the pack too long. She asked for it back and said “they watch me on the camera” I’m like huh, I then sensed her anxiousness. I proceeded to pay for the bottle that cost $85 bucks. I decided I wanted to split the payment between my pocket and my card. She was cool but weird. I think she honestly thought I was going to rob her. So I pulled out my license and Amex and set it on the counter so she could see that I obviously meant no harm. There was some awkward small talk. I felt that and then I pulled out a bundle of about 2k out of my pocket and handed her 2 20s and she checked and double checked them. I said “they better be real. I’m a business owner and I know exactly where I got them from” trying to lighten the mood. Then I told her how I owned trucks and stuff. Just trying to get her to feel ok. She was so nervous she could barely get out that she moved here from Oregon. Then I took my change and walked out, but first I asked if she had skittles, I always get them at the other locations. She got weird again. Then followed me out the door and locked it behind me at 10:37. You guys don’t close at that time. My advice, don’t work anywhere near Atlanta if you are terrified. She may need the 9am to 1pm shift. Nights aren’t for her. That was my first time in that store but I have frequented 6 different locations between my home in cumming and the store on ponce. I always make small talk. I always asked to see new stuff. I sometimes snap photos to remember it. I never get made to feel like I’m a criminal or like I’m about to run out the door with a four pack lol. It was uncomfortable. Maybe a coaching could be used because I spend $100-$120 - 2-3 times a week, my sister spends $150 a week. I know it’s not much but as a business owner myself, every dollar, every customers experience matters. Sorry if I scared you, not sure what would of scared you though, you didn’t seem scared of the fair skinned man that was in there before me. You didn’t lock the door behind him. So what could it have been about me…. Hmmmm I wonder if it was my melanin? Idk I’m not even the type to go there but it’s how I felt. Maybe I’m tripping. Idk just didn’t feel good and I never get made to feel that way.

The ladies in the store today were a huge help, I had just bought a new mod and when I tested it out at my car, part of the screen wasn’t working, when I went back in they were super understanding and immediately were on it with getting another one. When I was choosing the mod to begin with they were super helpful with helping me make a choice and find the best match for me. Thank you!

Mac was phenomenal. I came in during a rush, and they handled it absolutely flawlessly. They were very knowledgeable and kind. Also, the store was beautiful and well stocked.10/10 service. I will definitely be back.
