I been going here for years now never had a problem until today some rude lady with glasses tried it first thing it’s okay to ask somebody for they id but to have me outside over the buzzer saying I need to see some id if you not 21 and older you can’t come in here and then letting me in without coming to the door to see the id if it’s that’s deep let me pick what im about to purchase then say who buying it because I said I always show the boys my id and she replied im 53 years old they told me ask for id so that’s what I am going to do in a rudely manner is crazy !!! Like chill out fr ! And you don’t got to be overly rude about it . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! Never walking in there if she there !

So, I just walked into this business (10/3/25 about 10:13am) looking to purchase some hookah supplies. I rang the door to enter and was buzzed in. When I entered, the woman inside didn’t look at me, didn’t say hello, or even remotely acknowledge me. I took a few more steps, and still NOTHING. So, I said “hello, good morning”. She replied with thee driest “good morning” possible. I politely turned and left, and I won’t be back. As a Union City resident, I was excited to see more options for Smoke Shops. This was a disappointing experience to say the least; businesses don’t even have basic courtesy anymore.

Probably wouldn't visit again. Have to ring a bell for entry, but it seems unattended. 1 out of 5 as a new customer.

Great customer service every time I come to this place

This place is awesome. I am not a smoker, but I tell you this place has so much more to partake in. I purchased so many great items from here. They have merchandise like hookahs and air freshener. Apparels such as shirts, bags, socks and other things. The customer service was great. This man by the name of Luke helped me and he knew about all the products. You just don’t get that this day and time. I am now a loyal customer and will be returning. It’s a 5 Star for me.
