Guy in the store tried to hold me hostage because their credit card machine didn't work. Showed him my bank account available balance to show that it was his machine not me. he tried to prevent me from leaving the store, and personally insulted me as I'm hobbling around on my crutches. I've been shopping at that store regularly since it opened years ago and will never go back again. Probably should have stopped after the second vape that stopped working after 2 days of use that I bought from them. Picture below next shop I went to, purchase went through just fine. It was their credit card processing machine. Thanks for trying to hold me hostage long haired super pale white guy! And they had what I wanted and it was cheaper. Yayy

Usually great but the person that was there today wasn't good at customer service. Asked for assistance to point out the non-menthol vapes because I couldn't see too good (w/o my glasses). "Anything that doesn't say menthol or iced" was his response eyes glued to the game playing on a monitor on the side. Asked again to just point a couple out, same exact response. Frustrated I just walked out. Do better, Sir

This place and their policies are complete trash. They sold me a defective vape pen battery, I tried to return it the next day with receipt and they told me they have no refunds or exchanges. You can’t just sell people broken Chinese trash that you buy online for pennies. Bad business model, bad policies, and a great way to alienate yourself from the community.

Great service and good source for legal hemp ❤️ went around 9pm during the week . Other reviews may have had bad experience due to who was there , I had a guy who was very knowledgeable and helped me find products . He was watching some show for a second when I came in , but stepped away to help me within 30 seconds of my arrival in the shop. I personally preferred that because it gave me a second to look around on my own but not long enough to feel I was being ignored .
