This review is for the store 206 NW Sunset Ave. Coeur d Alene, Idaho. My husband and I want to compliment the manager Chuck and his employees Deb and Gregg for a job well done. It is a pleasure to shop there. They are polite, effective and are very efficient. Other area businesses would do well to take a lesson from your employees on how to treat people. They deserve recognition for a job well done.

Chuck is a friendly and knowledgeable person, always show me respect and so does Debbie.

It was such a nice conversation about indecisiveness and winter cabins, that I let the customer behind me go ahead, stating I could be there 10 minutes deciding. The clerk said "I hope not" I just laughed. Then he said to me " They try and get all the customers out the door" Laughing again " I said " Well some customers aren't there to be customers, their divinely led". He had a blank stare. The other customer quickly gathered her things and left. Leaving our parts of the interaction, where we tortured over the best priced cigarette, value and taste, I chose a pack of smokes and left, in under 10 minutes lol. 9. Sitting in my car, the clerk with his dark hat, strange expression, and something else hard to describe in his body language; stares at me wise eyed, mouth gaping and puts the Be Right Back sign up on the door. extremely rude manager and assistant manager. I usually go to appleway but recently moved so sunset location was more convenient, both managers always have been nothing but horrible and rude like I am ruining their day by entering the store to buy things. fire those guys they're trash. I'll take the long way home and stick with any of the other stores.

This store is very clean and convenient and Chuck is always so friendly and helpful
