I have been to VAPE a few times and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions about disposable vapes and vape accessories and made me feel comfortable. The store feels like a local vape shop that really cares about its customers. I highly recommend VAPE for anyone looking for a great vape shop near me.

I would put no stars if possible. Bought a completely dry vape didn’t leave the store property, and was told they cannot process a refund for their products being faulty! Absolutely disgusting establishment. Go to vapor outlet down the road at least they take care of their customers and know their products are reliable. The employee Logan couldn’t even properly explain the store’s policy

I called on 8/18 with one very simple question: “Do you have Baja Slush.” Instead of checking, the employee who answered responded, “We have too many flavors to list all of them off to you over the phone.” I obviously didn’t ask her to list their full menu of flavors. It genuinely would have taken less time to look and say yes or no than it did to dismiss the question. What bothered me most was how unnecessarily rude and unhelpful the response was to a reasonable customer question. If checking wasn’t possible, a simple “I’m sorry, I’m not able to check right now” would have been perfectly understandable. Customer service doesn’t require knowing every answer. It does require making some effort to help the person who called. Unfortunately, the interaction I had on 8/18 fell remarkably short of that standard. I’d be shocked if the person who answered the phone owns the business because it was evident she didn’t care about repeat business (or business at all)
