I come here whenever I come to North Idaho to stock up on all of my favorites. Tricia makes the most delicious recommendations! I always ask her what she’s vaping currently and she never disappoints! I love this place and the customer service.

Daniel and Leena make an amazing team. They hooked me up with a full mod, battery, juice setup, hassle free, for less than I expected to pay. They both are very knowledgeable about current products and flavors available!

You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and wants them to leave happy. She answered my questions, gave great recommendations, and made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming instead of rushed. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you stop into Vapor Lounge, I highly recommend asking for Tricia — she’ll take great care of you. I’ll definitely be coming back!

These guys are amazing, every one of them have a very good sense of customer service and thery are all personable and relatable. The knowledge the staff have of the shops merchandise is A+ tier. Not to mention they are always up to date on the newest stuff, so all in all a great shop i would recommend to anyone. 👌

Went in to day and found a bunch of good vapes that I like . Plus bought a mug ☕️. Max was such a nice person to speak to . Very friendly and knowledgeable about every product on the shelf . ☺️
