I love coming in here! The owner and staff are so friendly! Amber is who I see the most when I come in and she is the best! She knows what I want and has it at the counter by the time I get two steps in the store. She is so sweet and genuinely cares about her customers, I love seeing her! The selection here is unmatched with anywhere else I have gone to in town! 10/10 recommend!

I will be contacting the owner regarding my experience with your company. During our conversation, you hung up on me multiple times, which was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I purchased the product, I specifically asked questions about it before completing the purchase. I relied on the information you provided, and it turned out to be false. I feel that I was misled, and that is not how customers should be treated. In addition to being dishonest, your communication throughout this situation was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This experience has been very disappointing, and I will be sharing my experience with the owner so they are aware of how customers are being treated. I hope they take appropriate action to address this level of customer service.

I would have given a higher rating because the prices are decent and they have a good selection. The 3 stars are because when my husband and I were there, the girl working was rude and had a negative attitude. Both my husband and I felt extremely uncomfortable and in a hurry to pick and leave. My husband actually didn't even get one because of her attitude.

First time coming in and definitely will be my last I bought a vape and had a faulty pod didn’t even get to use it at all and was told to buy another pod, but even though it was a faulty pod to right out the box I don’t get why you guys can’t just exchange out a pod When it came out of the box broken. And also, you guys don’t give receipts to any customer either So it gives us no Ground to stand on (Probably done intentionally I would assume)

I really enjoy this shop, Amber was very helpful, and when my vape didn't work she was very accommodating! I love to see all of the lovely people here, they've got a great team.
