Absolutely love this place not only because they have amazing products but the staff, especially Maddie and isaac, are so helpful. They have a lot of knowledge about the products and they are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this location for anything you need. This is also one of the few places that carry my unflavored vape that I like so that’s a definite plus

This is an amazing store, I love the customer service that they have. They always have a smile on their faces and they always make me feel like I’m in home. This store is amazing and I wish everyone knew about it. I also want to give a shoutout to Rachel and Keke, these girls are the ones who always take care of me and make me feel happy every time that I go 💖💖💖💖 You guys are rock starts!!!!!!!!

Kat was wonderful to work with! I go here for my pipe filters and to get my tobacco. She is always great to talk to about what I need and ready to assist me with everything I may need. The first thing you notice, besides the cleanliness and well stocked store, is the cheerful hello that you’re greeted with when you walk in the door. I have stores that are closer to me than this one, but I am willing to travel the extra mile for the customer service! I am not saying that the other stores are not friendly enough (because they are!), it’s just this one has everything I need in one place! I recommend that if you don’t find what you’re looking for at one location, you should check out this one on Rt. 34 on the East side of Aurora, next to the car wash! It has been a godsend for me!

Kat is so awesome … very knowledgeable, great customer service skills.

We went to this shop based on the high ratings, and I understand why now. They have a wide variety of everything you're looking for. Not to mention the great service from Kat! She was very patient and helped us find what we were looking for. We will definitely be back!
