Looks like all the non Chicago natives got scammed by this place since being in the city there aren't too many hookah places. $45 for hookah per 2 people, byob $12 per person. $20 for non-smoker fee. Four people all together so total was $172 with automatic 18% gratuity, they had a different price if you use card vs cash which is illegal by the way because you aren't suppose to charge processing fees on debit cards. I will be reporting them. Also he didn't give me back my change for paying a portion in cash. Also the only music that is played all night is drake. Lastly to add insult to injury this place had absolutely no AC, we were sweating like we were in a sweat shop. As well as the bathroom smelling like someone was peeing on the floors. This place was a total scam don't waste your time, go to a real hookah place. If you come here you just want to be scammed.

Honestly the hookah is terrible and they say 1 hookah is $45 but they added a service charged and a “non adjustment card fee”. If your hookah was good people would actually come and you wouldn’t have to nickel and dime everyone. My tab ended up being $60. Insane. Do not come here.

Not a Chicago native but I probably would never come here again. They charge you a non smoker fee of $20 if you don't smoke hookah. It's a $12 BYOB Fee per person and they only allow 2 people per hookah. They say it's $45 per hookah but after no cash fees, adjustment fees and tax the hookah comes out to $58-$60. I went with a group and my friend and I couldn't decide if we wanted to get a hookah or if we were leaving the place to go somewhere else. The employee kept pestering us to pay. He eventually ended up taking the hookah from our friend because we weren't decided for about 15-20 minutes. He then to us that our "non smoker charge" would be on our friends card since we took too long to decide. Overall not a good experience. Only one woman's restroom & one men's restroom. Not the cleanest. I did eventually pay for the hookah, however we decided to leave right after given that the employee wasn't friendly at all. He did say he refunded me when I asked for the refund & said it would be on my card in 3 business days. If not I will be disputing the charge. AVOID AVOID AVOID

No food no hot drink people are very rude place very bad no service even very bad service I have to wait 20 min till someone come to you
