Great smoke shop with a solid selection of products and fair prices. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, always ready to answer questions or recommend something based on what you’re looking for. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to browse. They carry a good variety of hookah flavors, vapes, and accessories. Overall, a reliable spot with good customer service I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have been a customer of the Downtown Smoke Shop for quite some time, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and make recommendations. The store is clean , well-organized, and fully stocked with a great selection of products.

They're cool but will close early, if it's not time to close and you see somebody's at the door just let them in 🤷🏾‍♀️

Good pricing and service . They sold me something for way cheaper than a smoke shop around the corner . Best battery selection I’ve seen downtown

Best shop ever!!!! Staff was so friendly
