Great shop with an excellent selection and a staff that really knows cigars. They took the time to answer questions without being pushy and made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Friendly service, fair prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

Loved my experience there. Went in to buy some boxes to bring back home. Staff was super friendly and the vibe was also great. I was jealous of a couple of gents smoking and chilling inside. Great selection of cigars. Would 100% come back.

Big big selection. No fancy cigarettes, but they got all the price points. Best so far.

This is your place. Old school, knowledgeable amiable people, consistently excellent choices, I go here when in town, l order when I’m out. They’re just the best no matter how you look at it.

Had a terrific experience with the team at Jack Schwartz, and we're on opposite sides of the Atlantic! My sister was visiting Chicago, and I wanted her to bring some cigars back to the UK (cheaper than buying here!). They helped me pick a quality box within my budget, plus a couple of extras, set it aside in their humidor for my sister to collect in a couple of weeks" time, and packaged it all up with a humi pack to make sure the smokes made the flight in top condition. Couldn't be happier!
