Very best customer service! The clerk who is always there is so friendly and kind. It is the quarantine and I miss going down to this shop for an afternoon snack and a friendly smile. I hope he is doing well.

I would give this store a 0 if I could. They are advertising products which they do not sell. As a visitor to the country I wanted to purchase a flavoured nicotine vape. They only had one called "Clear" which was flavourless. The guy behind the counter told me that flavoured nicotine vapes are not available in Chicago, which, in my opinion, was some statement. I found them in Seven-Eleven (3 flavours) and The Cigar Shop (hubbard street)

Amazing service would definitely recommend.
