Shoutout to Jimmy and Mikey! They went above and beyond helping me with a product issue today. They were kind, funny, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy and heard. I’ve always appreciated them, but today really reminded me why I keep coming back. Jimmy and Mikey are actually the best. Show them some love next time you’re there, they deserve it 🫶

Decided to switch from disposable vapes to a more "standard" one, that requires eJuices. I didn't know exactly what I was doing, so I asked for help. After navigating all pieces of the puzzle, I ended up with an (almost) tasteless, nicotine-free(not what I wanted) eJuice, and a vape system that insists in leaking from the bottom(and from the top). I go back to the store and voice my concerns. The vendor adds a few drops of a liquid to the eJuice(allegedly Nicotine?), but after refilling the vape with the new juice, I notice it makes no difference, and I'm not being delivered any nicotine. I reach out asking for Nic shots so maybe I can fix the situation, just to be ignored. Vapes keeps leaking like there's no tomorrow. This addiction had now become a nightmare where nothing works as it should.

Absolutely love this smoke shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly service and a wide selection of products. Whether you’re looking for high-quality cigars, vape accessories, or unique glass pieces, they have it all. The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful, always ready to recommend the perfect product based on my needs. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it a great place to shop and hang out. Plus, their prices are very competitive! I highly recommend this smoke shop to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service. 10/10!

Ive had a really good experience here. Charlie was super friendly and helpful, and he even gave me a great deal which I really appreciated. The shop is clean, well stocked, and the customer service made me feel comfortable. I’ve been coming here for over 5 months and had no issues here. I highly recommend checking them out.
