This shop is a nice location with great staff but their stock is VERY inconsistent. I'm rarely able to get the same replacement pods, and even juices are inconsistent. My last straw came with my most recent purchase. I came in and showed the associate the empty bottle of the juice I wanted to replace and they told me they didn't have it in the strength I wanted. I said I was fine with the weaker strength. Now I made the mistake of not looking at the box I was given, because I assumed that since I had shown him the bottle it would be the same thing. As it turns out it was not. I asked for Pod Juice's Jewel Tobacco flavor, and as it turns out I was handed Pod Juice's Gold Tobacco. I really don't like the latter but I can't return it, or swap it because it's already been opened. So unfortunately I will not be returning, and will instead order online from now on. It truly is a bummer because I love supporting local small businesses, but the problems Smoke Depot has are too troublesome.

Great deals. excellent staff very friendly and knowledgeable. A great location HUGE selection of produts. If they dont have it it either doesn't exist or isnt worth buying !!!

Rob was extremely helpful in finding exactly what I needed especially since their options are so vast. I really appreciate their honesty and knowledge when I’m asking for advice what would be the best. Definitely will continue returning!

Good prices and variety of smoke supplies- got a really cute bong. However, I purchased a 3 pack of coils for my dab pen, but there’s only 2 in the packaging- pretty disappointing and didn’t think I’d have to check what appeared to be a sealed/new product 🙃

Nice people work here. Prices are fair. They have lots of deals. Shawn or Sean, was incredibly helpful. They have loyalty points as well. Too bad it is difficult to track any sales that are going on.
