I’ve bought two electric coal burners for $50 and hukkah flavor $45 but both products were faulty and duplicate. The coal burners are useless they were broken it didn’t even start and the hukkah flavor was also smelling bad and it was fake. when I raised the issue with staff first they were speechless. then they started blaming on the origin country of products etc, even I tried talking to the owner but he was same. I’ve been there regular customer since two years but now the staff working there are so rude and their behavior towards the customers is unacceptable,unprofessional. I will never ever visit or recommend this place.

This shop is wonderful! They always have what I want in stock and the prices are great!! The employees are very kind and helpful as well! Would highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I purchased a vape that was completely faulty straight out of the box — it simply didn’t work. When I returned to the store, the staff were dismissive and offered no real solution, no refund, and no exchange. Selling defective vapes is bad enough, but refusing to take responsibility is even worse. The device wouldn’t even charge properly and felt like a cheap knockoff. This shop clearly does not care about customer safety or satisfaction. I would strongly warn anyone shop hear.

Worst experience with a recent purchase. The product was defective, and when I contacted the owner to discuss the issue, he failed to respond or provide any assistance. His lack of professionalism and responsibility toward customer concerns is very disappointing.
