Sales clerks are helpful and respectful - polite. Since these days your not always treated with respect in the service industry its always refreshing to be treated as a guest. That's how I feel about this place. Each time I go there, I'm treated like a guest in their home. Can't ask for more that that. I recommend this place .

The only reason why i'm giving them two stars is for their staff. Their employees are great. However, they never have hardly any products available in way of tobacco. The brands constantly change. They cannot open or close in the working hours.They have advertised at the door. Badly mismanaged.

They make their own hours. Don’t listen to what’s online or whatever time they decide to put on the door. Just find a new place. Came twice and they were closed during their open hours. Also never answers the phone. Being the only one in Marengo yall should get better

I like Woody’s because of their customer service. They are knowledgeable and can tell they have experience with the products. when i had a couple complaints they always treated me with respect and did their best to make it right. MOST of their products are high quality and reliable.
