Great shop and awesome employees!! Also love it when they do raffles and celebrate the hoildays!

Came to this place for the first time and it was great, staff is very nice and patient even when you have no idea what you want haha, The give aways they do on Friday are the bomb ! I won a nice bubbler and bought a nice affordable grinder ,definitely coming back again !

Apparently buying from wild side smoke shop is a gamble. If they sell you products that are defective, they will not refund or give you in store credit. I have the product still...originally packaging and receipt from the product I purchased less than 24 hr ago. The guy I spoke to on the phone was trying to tell me they didn't even sell this product in 3grams or carry the product in store. I've attached a picture of said product he tried to tell me they don't carry. I've recommended people coming here for years but I will no longer be doing that. I wish this issue could be resolved, especially being a long time loyal customer. Very disappointing.

They won’t answer phone. Tried calling a few different times in the last day. It’s a bit of a drive for me to even go, so I’d rather not take a gamble to show up and they not even have the thing I’m looking for. I love their in-store customer service, but if they’re gonna have a phone, they should really answer it. Nothing is more of a buzzkill than having to tell a customer in the store that they made a trip for nothing. Updated, went in anyway, and they were completely out of the product I was looking for. 😅 yeah, I’m probably gonna try a different place from now on.

Sylvan is an awesome salesman. It is always nice when a salesman has tried the product. Our 1st time in a smoke shop here in indiana. Nice experience
