I’m visiting from Georgia, and this cigar lounge instantly felt like the kind of place I could claim as my own. The energy is laid back, the vibes are right, and the whole atmosphere has that grown, easy flow that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. The drinks are solid, the space is clean, and the staff is friendly in a genuine way — not forced, just good people creating a good experience. The owner was incredibly welcoming, which tells you everything about the pride and care behind this Black‑owned establishment. You can feel the intention in the way the space is run. And the bonus? There’s a barbershop inside. You can get a fresh cut, enjoy a smooth cigar, sip something good, and relax all in one spot. It’s a whole vibe. When I come back to the area, this will definitely be on my must‑come‑to list.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this cigar lounge. I am not a cigar smoker. I went to support a scholarship fundraiser. I've only been to one other cigar lounge in Indiana so my exposure is minimal. However I will say the atmosphere at this one is elevated. The staff was very friendly. The bar is stocked well. This particular day they had Monica Bizzly teaching line dancing and it was very fun and lively. I had a strawberry lemon drop which was very good, priced at 10. I enjoyed my time and the space. Entry cost was $10.

I travel across the Americas for work, from Canada all the way down to Chile and as an an avid cigar smoker I have had the chance to experience a plethora of cigar lounges. The Bay is a well thought out facility with classy lounge booths, lounge chairs, pool table and even plush barber chairs to provide a comfortable experience. The pride really showed with the stamped concrete floor mimicking a Maduro cigar wrapper color, the bar lighting to showcase the orange ember of a cigar and the walls in a Kentucky burben color pallet. What really set this place on a whole different level was the service provided. The staff made me feel like we were old friends meeting again and all the clients were welcoming and friendly. If I could give The Bay 6 out of 5 gold stars I would! I highly recommend anyone to come and enjoy the experience.

Today I celebrated my birthday at The Bay with a couple of friends and my daughter, and let me tell you — the vibe was EVERYTHING. I don’t know much about cigars at all, but the staff was so patient and kind. They took their time explaining the different cigars and even showed us how to cut them. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and fun. The bartender was incredibly sweet, and my drink was delicious. The DJ kept the energy perfect all night — great music, great crowd, great atmosphere. My ladies and I have already decided that we’re making The Bay a monthly tradition. We absolutely love it. Highly recommend!

From the initial phone call to the end of the evening, every part of the experience was exceptional! The staff was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. They helped us select our cigars, taught us proper cigar etiquette, and made everyone - from beginners to cigar lovers - feel completely comfortable. The atmosphere was amazing. Beautiful décor, a great live DJ, and a relaxed, open-air feel created the perfect environment to unwind. What I loved most was the energy - you could enjoy your own vibe with friends or easily connect with others. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and genuinely there to have a good time. Even with multiple celebrations happening, the team made my Mom feel so special on her Birthday, and that meant the world to us. Thank you to the owners and staff for creating such a welcoming space and introducing us to a new experience.
