I truly have never experienced the service and respect I receive from Jack and Conner at the Crown Point Cotton and Coil . My fluid I use is no longer available to get in the shop , these guys go out of their way to order it for me , then when it comes in I get a call from them letting me know . When I'm in need of a coil or anything that pertains to vaping I have no clue what I need but they do . Like I told them both all I do is vape i am clueless to what coils I use or anything else that has to do with my device . Thank goodness there are still some respectful , kind people out there . I wouldn't know what to do without Jack and Conner . I thank you guys from the bottom of my ❤️.

I am a long time customer here. Selection of products is vast and high quality, prices are fair, and rewards program is legit. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only problem is that on Saturday and Sunday mornings, they advertise being open at 10:00 am, but sometimes are not. I drive about 20 minutes to do business here and have at least 3 times, (I think the number is probably closer to 5) have arrived shortly after 10am and the store is not yet opened. Pretty frustrating from an otherwise quality small business.

I went in looking for a good disposable and got the absolute best customer service I've had in a long time. Jackson is super friendly and super knowledgeable when it comes to everything to do with vaping and I really appreciate it. Most definitely will be back.
