When I first entered the shop I was the only customer there. I exchanged greetings with the cashier and started to place my order when someone else walked in. The cashier practically ran away from me to immediately wait on this new person, which involved a very lengthy phone call with the shop owner. I was noticeably upset by this, so the cashier responded by turning away from me and completely ignoring me. I waited 10 minutes for assistance before I left to Tobacco Island across the street, where I was helped immediately. So very unprofessional! I have been a regular customer for close to year at this point and now I will not be going back.

Smoke Shack (@smokeshack219 on Instagram) has an awesome selection of vapes, glassware, and accessories to delight adult's in need of a smoke or vape break! Wonderful, helpful staff. This vape shop is worth checking out in person for yourself if you're cruising on Broadway Avenue in Merrillville, Indiana, just around Summit Street. This gem of shack will light you up!

They are all so helpful, always down to answer any questions I have and give me recommendations which I LOVE! As someone who was new to vaping and admittedly, had no idea what I was doing or what I was looking for, since day one they have made it a super comfortable and welcoming environment! They always have an amazing selection to choose from, are so sweet, and have great deals. They are by far my favorite shop I have ever been to. 100000/10 WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!

Best place in the region. I live twenty five minutes out but make the trip every time. The customer service is unmatched. I’m always greeted with smiles and have never had an ounce of negativity from a single employee. Not to mention the prices are amazing compared to other shops with a huge variety of products. Entire place is a vibe - highly recommend
