Very disappointed in this shop. Used to be wonderful a few years back but now it’s just become useless. My partner went in and purchased a vape, a Mr. Fog to be exact, and came to the car and opened it. Upon opening the vape, we quickly confirmed that it was faulty. It would not turn on or anything. He was outside the store maybe 30 seconds before going back in. He was then told that they could not do anything about this. He was not looking to get a refund for the vape but rather a replacement as that is the job of retailers to fix their mistakes. I’ve had this happen from other nearby vape shops and they’ve always replaced the faulty even if it was days later. Super disappointed, management needs to get it together.

I’m really disappointed to say that I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the same employee at this shop. I don’t know her name, but every time I’ve interacted with her, she comes across as unfriendly and unapproachable. She rarely smiles, often has a visibly irritated demeanor, and responds to simple questions in a condescending way that makes you feel uncomfortable for even asking. I’ve brushed it off in the past, but today’s experience pushed me to speak up. The shop has a $10 vape bin, so I purchased one and went out to my car to try it, only to find that it didn’t work at all and wouldn’t even turn on. While I understand there’s a posted “no refunds” policy, most vape shops encourage customers to test products before leaving for this exact reason. When I went back inside and politely asked if I could exchange it for a working one, I was immediately told “No, it says no refunds,” with no effort to acknowledge the issue or offer any kind of solution. Selling defective products and refusing to make it right feels unfair and misleading. Unfortunately, this interaction reinforced my previous experiences with this employee, who consistently comes across as rude and unwilling to help. Because of this, I won’t be returning to this shop unless I know the other 2 employees, who are always friendly and helpful, are working.

I just popped in for a quick nicotine fix. I wanted to stay longer to check out all their wonderful products, but a summer storm was approaching. I noticed fantastic glassware, cigars, Delta-8 and CBD products at a quick glance.
