So I went in to get a vape pen. Brought one and by the time I got home, I found out I brought the wrong one. It was very similar but had very different function. So I went back hoping to get the one I accidently brought replaced with the one I was looking for. The store I brought from didn't have it and the cashier said they can't do cash refunds but they can give me store credit. The cashier called another location and said they had what I was looking for at the other location and would give me store credit for it. Great. At the time, it was late and it was a very busy holiday week so I went in 3 days later. The cashier at the new location wouldn't accept it because they had 24 hours period policy. Wish the first cashier told me that otherwise I wouldn't have wasted money. So I just brought what I needed and just left behind the one I accidentally brought to them because I had no use for it. Overall experience was a bit disappointing. Also, I think it's pretty important that everyone knows that the store has 24 hours policy so they wouldn't be bummed out like I was. Would have been 5 stars then.

I bought some kratom in capsules I have bought from the regularly and never had a problem except one time nope ed it up and the pills were disentegrated I had noticed it immediately so I went in to let the cashier know they replaced it with a new one. Last week I went in and bought my normal amount when I got to work and opened the bottle the seal was glued to the top of the bottle, red flag number one. I opened it the rest of the way to find a completely different looking pill in the bottle after some research on the internet I found my normal kratom pills were replaced with ibuprofen. I went in to the store the next morning to let them know I brought the bottle the seal and the pills and explained they would not budge on accepting any fault, replacing the product or even discounting buying a replacement. I bought a replacement and opened it right there in front of them to show him it was not the same pill. I spend a lot of money there and I completely understand that some people would scam on this stuff but I have been coming there weekly and buying from them without any issue. It’s terrifying that it was tampered with and they did not seem phased or concerned. Be careful buying from them. This is the type of stuff that scares people into banning a supplement that has helped me dramatically reduce my pain without wrecking my life on opiates.

I normally come in the day and have no issues. I have shopped here many times. Tonight, the cashier would not give me my military discount, his english was no good and he kept saying the prices are good already. He wasted my time and now i have to take my business elsewhere. Please check your records for who is working tonight and teach him properly.

The company needs to change the posted hours if you're not going to be Open until 11:00 on Friday and Saturday. Twice now I've stopped by just after 10:00 p.m. on Friday and now Saturday to find the doors locked and the lights out. If I wasn't driving across town to come I would probably be less annoyed than I am right now. Other than that it's a good shop which is why I gave three stores rather than one because I'm annoyed for wasting my time twice in a row to come spend money there

Went in bought vape, cashier refused to let me test vape to make sure it worked, stepped outside and opened it had vape juice down my shirt when I tried to hit it, probably ruined my shirt. Went back inside cashier barely spoke English, insisting it was working while it was literally dripping out onto the counter. Gave 1 extra star because he at least had the decency to wipe the vape fluid off of the vape before handing back to me. Will not be back to this location.
