My only complaint is they don't open very early at all. C'mon do people really want to wait till 9-12 am to vape? Nothing says good morning better than loads of nicotine in the wee hours of the morning.

I'm never happy with the customer service here. One girl was really mean about me not knowing the name of something and snapped at me. Honestly all of the staff seem annoyed at customers and I've never once been there where it didn't feel like the employees were surrounded by personal friends. I get that it's supposed to have a hang out feel but it's awkward to shop with people staring at you, waiting for you to leave so they can go back to what they were doing. I'd like to see a LOT more of a professional attitude because the prices, product and location are great.
