Very chill store. I grabbed a few vapes from here and staff is always friendly, polite, and helpful. I even went there to buy an item and it was listed at 50+ dollars but when I got to the counter to buy it, it turned out it was on sale for like 20 dollars plus tax. They have a big selection of all types of items and have great hours so I can drop in almost anytime. Definitely the place to go for your vape needs if you live in the area or are just passing by. Been here over 15 times and have always had a great experience with every single staff member no matter the time of day I went.

Love these guys, they have become like friends over the past couple years! Always flush with everything in stock and there's always something new to try, per personal recommendations. I've also found that this crew all seem to be even more knowledgeable than one would expect so that's always nice when I have questions that may typically confound the average person but these guys and gals always have an answer and a suggestion/solution 😊 Love all you guys!

I have been to the one on 11333 e kellogg before and the main guy i see there is always super nice. Today i went in and asked a different guy how much a product was he guessed and i said well i have exactly this much and im not sure if i have any points to use, he said ok then and i left. Went home and back to grab 50 cents a 20 minute Trip wasting gas and time since the one closer to me didnt open for more than an hour i came back and katherine helped me this time she asked if i wanted to check my points and sure enough i had some to use and it turns out i had enough for the item in the first place the whole time even without the points. My point is why are you not checking the actual price and or offering to check points , turning away loyal customers. Just irritated by that particular employee.

Service was fine, the employee (in the Bluey shirt) seemed a bit distracted and had real bones in her hair – not quite the best impression in my opinion.

This is my go to store. They always have what I'm going in for and the employees are always so nice. I'm horrible with names but I will say the whole staff is great!!!!!
