The service needs an upgrade immediately, it's giving V12 just inside the gas station instead of on top. Like I was waiting for a low budget Vinny to pop out. AOA!!!!. Anyway the VIP was not worth it. Keep your money. No one tried to guide me to my VIP table. It was a bunch of ask so and so and such n such, and mind you, this was my first time there as Elizabethlounge. Harpo who are these people??? I was wondering why the person at door couldn't just ask or help me out. A nice guy eventually jumped in to help. This place has so much potential, but they cutting corners right now. The bar service for VIP should have been more on point. I had to go locate my drinks and then it took almost 35 minutes for my hookah. And the ordering all over the place is not the move. I was trying to have a good time but I had to chase down orders. I was the Server at this point. The food was not up to par either nor was how to order the food. The rice and fries were gross. It was giving, we got roaches. I have pictures and videos as well, they were just too lengthy to post. The servers were not consistent and one of them spilt my drinks and did not bring anything to clean it up, or bring me another drink . The table was just sticky. The only thing going was the music and entertainment A few bumps at first but DJ Cadence and Twansac did a great job tho,they were a vibe, dancing and good music. Although the entertainment was good, they cant hold this place together, what happens when they are not there? The bar staff and servers need training especially with how to serve and carry the drinks on the serving trays. Mind you the booth was only a few steps from the bar. That gratuity they slip in ain't worth the service they provide.I didn't mind the food in the Styros but ensure the food don't taste like the Styrofoam. I do not think I would place my business here again. AOA!!!!!

Oh my goodness! I love this place. The food was exceptional, and the service was as well! Even though they are building up their reputation while the business grows, they are very reasonable and recover from minor flaws, swiftly! If you visit here, I highly recommend the Egusi soup or the okra sauce and do not miss out on the FUFU!

My kids wanted to try Egusi with fufu. The fufu was good now the Egusi was extremely extremely salty. They wanted it with protein and I asked for chicken well there were 3 pieces of wings (2 flats and a drum) in it. It was not edible because of the salt. I paid 64 dollars for 2 portions. I think they need to make this right. It’s not fair to take advantage like that. Order was made today and picked up at 2:30 pm. Kids put all their money into something they could even enjoy.

Girls and guys I ate me some oxtails from here and Lord have mercy. Took me all the way home and back. They also have a dress code when it comes to Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. So make sure you dress your best so that you can come in and have a fabulous night.

Went in couple of times recently. Casey was amazing in form of getting a conversation going as I was by myself. The music was too loud and upon request it was lowered down. Amazing fries which are handcut and freshly cooked. You should definitely order one of these. Good options of hookah at a reasonable price
