I’m from out of town, and I’ve been shopping around for a couple places. My number one goal was to find a place where I can sit down, hang out, and be Myself while I play Video games on my computer, Do work, and have a good time without really trying to interact with this huge crowd This place is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a great place to be by yourself or have a small group, I could have dinner, or have a few drinks, or both, and not feel guilty about being who I am. Spending the next few weeks here, and I’ll be coming here very regularly while I am in town. The only thing I regret about this place is that I don’t have this exact location in my hometown of Kansas City. If you are looking for a chill lounge to hang out, a place to spend your evening, or even somewhere to find some new friends, this is absolutely the place for you. For those no, they do not use vortex bowls, they use classical bowls. The staff is very receptive to requests, they touch tables and talk to the regulars and newcomers, and are overall phenomenal with customer service. Every time I come back to Wichita in the future, I will continue to come to this place.

I usually don’t leave a post but I tried giving this place another try and the hookah is nasty. I still got charged despite being there for only 20 minutes and waiting for someone to come to the table. One waitress to serve everyone. Get more help, better flavors and fix the hookah so customer leaves satisfied.

First time here March 13, 2026 very laid-back relaxing lots of pub tables sofas a lot of seating. Had a great time our waitress recommended watermelon mint and it was wonderful. Thanks for the great visit.

This was my first time in here and as we walked in I noticed a big crowd on a Tuesday evening. We were not greeted by any of the staff and we figured we have to go get seated. We were waiting more than 20 minuets for someone to come help us. They only had about two waitresses for a busy night. Waitress was very polite and did a really good job. It seemed like most of the people there were either usual customers or knew the owners. They were very loud and being a huge distraction. Prices were fair and hookah was pretty good. I appreciate the fact that our waitress always came by and changed the charcoal and asked how we were doing. We were not impressed by the very loud and disturbing atmosphere.

I've visited multiple times. The food has always been good. The service is great on Sundays! I prefer a quieter hookah experience and Heat feels more like a bar. Dark and noisy from music/TV. However, that doesn't prevent me from enjoying my visits. Will definitely go again!
