Really excellent customer service knowledgeable and can give very good insight in the functioning of new products and can give very good advice for your desires

I feel So comfortable in this store. I love everything from how they greet you, the cleanliness, the lay out and most definitely the options and variety to pick from. I’ve never had a problem. They are super friendly and laid back! I’m thankful to have them in bowling green and close to me! If your in bowling green DEFINITELY stop by and give them a chance ‼️🙃💨

Great and friendly environment! Employees do good service for helping customers. I would highly recommend them for you and your friends, this shop has everything you are looking for.

This is my new store. The staff is friendly, well-educated and extremely helpful. Plus, their selection is incredible. It seemed to me like Smoke Zone goes the extra mile and deserves 5+stars.

I went to this location on may 31,2024 i purchased a hidden hills vape 2g disposable pen and by the time i got home to open it. It was used and half of it gone and they wouldnt give me my money back or trade it out. I am never returning to this location because they cheat people. Their workers get bored and start smoking the merchandise and put it back on the shelf to be purchased that is so disgusting and such terrible.business.
