This is by far the best vape store I've ever gone to. Excellent selection, good prices, and above all super friendly staff. Rachel, the person who helped me, was polite, friendly, and very informative. Even though I had a million questions, she happily answered each one, without complaint. Even more impressive she did this while helping other customers. Between the great selection, and especially Rachel, this will forever be my go to store from now on.

Professional staff that can effectively communicate. They stand behind the product they sell. I had a minor issue with a device and they resolved my concern immediately. I greatly appreciate that.

The price of a box of coils has gotten insane! I paid $16.50 for a 5 pack of coils yesterday and I use to pay $10 so I come home and find them online for 5 whole boxes of them for $30, so y'all just lost a customer over greed! I understand you guys have to make a profit but to make me pay triple is a bit much, the only reason I gave 3 stars is because the staff and Brandon are wonderful, I give the staff 5 stars

Phenomenal customer service, I've been a customer at this store for a while now and have come in with a variety of technical and mechanical problems on several different vapes. Each and every time I come away problems solved and vaping again. Several times a problem has come up at work and this most recent time I had dropped my vape and came to them on break looking for a fast and easy solution, and yet again I have come away pleased and in less than 10 minutes. Great job guys, keep up the great work.

Very knowledgeable staff that offers a personalized service to its customers. It's a pain in the neck if you just need some fluid or an item of small consequence. They were very helpful in determining which products were right for my habits and taste
