Terrible. I will never go back to this place again. I walked in and asked if he carried my pod which I have a Argus VooPoo and he told me no in a very rude way saying that these vapes are outdated and I can only get them on the internet. That they don't even sell them anymore. I said they do I just got mine at a vape shop in Somerset and that he needed an attitude adjustment. He was very rude from the time I opened the door till the time I left. Maybe a whole 2 minutes. A 2 minutes wasted in my lifetime that I can never get back. I won't bother going back there ever again and I definitely won't recommend anyone else to spend their money in there either.

I have never been kicked out of a store . Today it was raining and I walked in to buy a bottled water and to seek shelter while waiting on an uber . This man came out of the back and asked what I was looking for ? I said nothing I’m particularly I am waiting on ride . He stated if you don’t know then leave . I was shocked . Literally stopping vaping because of their beyond poor customer service. Inside is closed, not sure why but drive thru only. I purchase a vape and it didn’t turn on in the parking lot. Cool I’ll go home and charge it (Mr fog switches no longer come with charging cables). my friend didn’t have a charger in her car. I go home and it’s just running by itself for the past 30 minutes since I got it to turn on. I go up there (still in DT) and he says there’s nothing he can do because I didn’t buy it inside ?!?! Like yeah? And then points to the no returns or exchanges sign. This happens to us frequently but we typically buy inside SPECIFICALLY because of how many issues we have. Do not go here.

Super nice people and they have a great selection. Best part, they have a drive thru!!!

3 stars. The selection and prices are great, and the staff is always friendly. But they regularly close the lobby early and go drive-thru only, which is inconvenient. It’s happened more than once, so just know that after 9pm, you probably won’t be able to walk in or actually shop around.
