Got free socks for spending some money's at botany bay for 420! ♡ Hell yeah last year I got a free shirt. 🥰 love this place

Selection is fantastic and staff are very chill and fun to interact with. Employee's knowledge of the products and specific guidance can be highly dependent on the individual, but that's not unfair given the breadth of the stock. Prices can be a little high, esp THC vapes, but the toasty Tuesday 20% off makes up for that (assuming they're still doing it).

Very nice experience here!! 👌 Both gentlemen working were genuine and had extensive knowledge of the products sold there 👏 I was impressed how attentive they were 😀 They take their time with you and make sure you are pleased with your purchase 😀 👍 I will definitely be returning here 😁 Thanks guys!! 😊

I absolutely love this store, I shop here often and have done so for quite a long time. Their prices and people have also always been fantastic. However, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the business as a whole for their use of AI generated posters in their marketing. The use of generative AI shows a complete lack of respect for the community it has served for years, sending the message that they would rather cut corners and use unethical means to generate their marketing materials instead of utilizing artists within our community, or even their own minds. It's deeply disappointing as a creative to see a business I respect disrespect the community, the environment, and the hard work of real artists.

My go to shop for everything. They love their customers and it shows in how they are treated. I bought a cartisan pipe and when it broke within 2 days of buying it, they got me a replacement. 100% spend your money here.
