Do not recommend. At all. Over the past year I’ve been faithful to this specific store. If you plan on buying any of their cartridges or disposables, STAY away. The Ghost 7g switchable disposable is holding a solid red light and won’t let you hit no matter what you do. We’ve had it for 4 days…. The 2g hidden valley cartridges are 50/50 on if they hit or pull at all even brand new. This has been my FIFTH product I have purchased from this location that has stopped working well before it was empty. On top of this. If you call the store they don’t answer the phone. Just a constant ring or to voicemail. You would think after the 4 times of me personally asking for a replacement due to malfunctioning products there would be a deeper dive into alternatives that work. As of now, I will not spend another dollar at this branch. I would steer clear and try another shop.

The guy working the was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Told him what I was looking for and showed me some vapes that I might be interested in. And gave me some insight to my juice that I use that I was not aware of. I wish I got his name so I could give him props on this review but I'll date it and give the estimated time so if anyone by chance knows him tell him thank you for being a great salesman and keep up the great work. 04-15-2026 around 10:45 am.

I started coming here 3-4 years ago and I have never had a bad experience here at this location, the young lady there is always very friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I have arthritis in my hands so I always ask them to open the juice I buy and now she remembers me and does it for me, I’ve occasionally stopped into other stores and I’ve always been disappointed so I always come to 723 Richmond Rd location

Been shopping here for a long time and have been getting increasingly fed up with how greedy this company is. Anytime there’s a problem with their product, they will not own up to it or make it right. For instance, they discounted some pouches to liquidate them, which seems perfectly fine until you try them and they cause the lining of your mouth literally fall out. Maybe quit selling a product if it’s not a safe product relative to the others rather than just dropping the price? I’ll buy the same juice for months at a time, and when I’ve encountered bottles that taste completely different (in a bad way) or that have expired, they just tell me to kick rocks. The sold me a bottle that had been sitting for multiple years and just kept telling me “VG and PG don’t expire” when I complained about the off-taste and terrible vapor quality as if VG and PG are the only ingredients in vape juice. When flavored juices got banned, they held a store-wide liquidation sale incentivizing customers to purchase as much as possible before it presumably went in the trash due to regulations. Day after the sale ended and products are still up at the same or lower rates, so all that urgency was just a sales tactic. I’ve regretfully spent thousands of dollars with this greedy store and I’m still treated like trash over maybe $5 in merchandise. DO NOT SHOP HERE

723 Vapor is hands down the best vape shop around! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with friendly, genuine service. Jeff and Shannon go above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I need. They’re knowledgeable about products, never pushy, and always take the time to explain things and answer questions. The shop is clean, organized, and has a great selection of juices, mods, disposables, and accessories. Prices are fair, and the customer service alone makes it worth coming back. You can tell Jeff and Shannon truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I won’t shop anywhere else — highly recommend 723 Vapor! 💨🔥
