Such a wonderful place. I am soo sad to see it leave. The last day it will be open is June 30th. The older man there not only gave me a wonderful discount, but he gave me a wonderful peice of history while I was checking out. If you haven't been in a while or never been please make it a point to get there b4 they are gone 4ever.

They claim they've been opened for 46 yrs which i know is a lie cuz I remember them closing down. When I went in there 2 days ago, it was sick looming! I remember 20 yrs ago it being the #1 hippy spot in Louisville and it was full of records and diff music, posters, incense, stickers and lots of hippy house stuff and nick nacks. Packed from wall to wall FULL of all kinds of stuff. That was not the case 2days ago. It's barely even running. The old guy running the store was negative about the shop. It didn't have the same vibes it once did, nor did it have any bulk of anything. It was so desolet I thought i might see a damn tumbleweed rolling thru. The posters they had were ripped or wrinkled up. Besides a few glass bongs there wasn't much of anything. And the 1 rack of clothes looked like they were hanging in a yard sale and no one wanted em. Im disappointed Electric Ladyland, if old dude isn't happy running the store than sale it to someone who will breath life back into it! It was once a staple in Louisville...she. if I cud give zero stars I would've but I gave 2 mostly because of my memories of how.wonderful the place once was.
I come for the vibes, incense, records, stickers and glass 🌛 10/10 everytime love this place However - as a local who’s been coming here for years. Their stock on stickers and other items has dwindled tremendously.
Stopped by this fun looking place on a road trip and got to explore. My boyfriend’s mom walked out with all kinds of goodies - dream catcher, candles, etc. The ladies at the counter were so friendly and helpful, and we had a blast browsing through all the different items they had to offer from vinyl, movies, incense, stickers, posters, pipes, and more.
For a business that seems to try and harbor a feeling of acceptance and progressiveness, very strange to have this tucked away on the ceiling considering all that’s going on in today’s word. There’s no other flags in the shop of any other settlement, why is that? We put the items we were going to purchase down and left. It seems this shop is not doing terribly well, the entire time we pulled up, went in, shopped around, left and sat in the parking lot while looking for a different smoke shop to go to, there was not one customer. I have great memories of this shop, this is a major bummer
