Loved going into the cigar shop. The gm was very personable and outgoing. Started making comments about me and my dad wearing cubs gear and we had some bad fun back and forth then took a picture together. Gavyn working behind the register was also friendly and great customers service, asked what kind of cigar I liked and helped me pick a couple out and didn’t try to sell me on the most expensive. Kimberly working the bar greeted with a smile and struck up a conversation and helped me pick out a whisky. Staff and product 10/10

Let’s just say this place is pretty nice. We were created by a lovely waitress and showed the cigar room where Chris Dan and Angel answers all our questions and helped us pick out what we wanted. Great selection and friendly staff. Definitely worth checking out.

Dan was fabulous! It was our first time and he helped us tremendously and was so sweet! Checked in on us later to see how we liked the cigars as well! Atmosphere is so modern, chill and clean! 10/10 recommend!

Humidor was impressive! Staff was extremely helpful. Music did not begin to match the age group. It was just noise. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

At least once a week I venture to CI on the Levée for two things a Dominicana and a double shot of crown. Danielle Rob, Leah, Chloe and so many others whose names I have not yet gotten make it awesome to be here. For me this place is an experience.
