Hands down my favorite smoke shop. Actually, I was a customer at their Clifton Cincinnati store. It’s named Wonderland, but on occasion, I’m in Kentucky and I won’t stop at any other shop with this one. Every employee I’ve ever encountered has been so accommodating to me. I’m a little bit older than their usual clientele, And often times when I go In to shop, I don’t know exactly what I want, and I have a lot of questions. Plus I get overwhelmed and excited by all of the pretty packages . Anyways, the staff are Incredibly patient and helpful , Very well informed, And they never make me feel rushed or stupid in a hurry.. I am a 150,000% satisfy customer. I won’t shop anywhere else!

My first experience was really great. Never having visited before, before actually going to the urban glass smoke shop, I called them and the phone call from start to finish was great. They were super helpful and answered all my questions. Easy to find location in Newport. Once inside the store, I was immediately greeted with smiles by two gentlemen behind the counter - they were both super helpful. The display and layout of all their products Also made things very smooth. Definitely recommend and will be going back!

This place is amazing I came in first time and Aaron was extremely helpful and informative. They have an awesome variety and plenty to choose from depending on your choice. I definitely recommend coming in and trying it out.

Urban Glass has been a staple visit for Myself and My Wife for almost 2 years now. The employees are all kind, courteous, and very gracious when putting up with my stream-of-consciousness yapping while browsing and buying. Every Employee are personable and well informed about their products, and it's something we look forward to every visit. I highly recommend them!

They’re so funny I love the people there.my friend that works there that I don’t really know that well doesn’t trust me enough to leave a review so he wouldn’t give me a gummy. I assured him I would do it as soon as I got internet but he didn’t believe me. Despite the fact that I couldn’t find the QR code, I took a picture of it anywhere in my photos. I’m still leaving this five star review. Therefore, I think I should get at least two gummy’s..
