I really enjoyed my visit to Don Juan. The staff was very helpful and professional, and had a very wide, impressive knowledge of the cigars they sell. I am a novice to cigar smoking so I had a lot of basic questions, but the staffer that helped me was very kind and answered all of my questions without hesitation or annoyance, which I highly appreciated.

Moved back down south from Chicago after 6 years. I used to frequent Habana Port. I can thoroughly say I enjoyed the experience at Don Juan times ten. They can be a bit stiff at Habana Port. The kind woman working at Don Juan gave me a brief tour of what’s where and then gave me free roam and didn’t make me feel rushed or automatically assume I have to be watched. Bought a NUB Habano, haven’t fetched some distilled water to properly season my humidor, but nonetheless, the NUB maintained its humidity in the bag it was provided in and that signifies to me that Don Juan keeps their sticks properly humidified. I’ll be back soon! And thank you for a pleasant shopping experience!
