My phone broke and I needed a phone quickly as I am on call for my job. Owner helped me very quickly, had a phone I liked, transferred my data, set me up with a case and screen protector and I was set to go same day. Very hard working and knowledgeable staff who will give the shirt off their back to help you. Thanks guys! 🤙

Mhady couldn’t be any core of a guy and salesman. I definitely recommend this place. Had my son‘s Meta quest Three repaired within 24 hours and had a really great price! My boy Will definitely be coming back!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is one of the shadiest businesses I have ever encountered. They market themselves as a “tech repair shop,” but in reality the store operates largely as a pawn shop with a vape counter, which feels misleading from the moment you walk in. The owner consistently overcharges and aggressively upsells customers, then provides inconsistent and inaccurate information about pricing, repair timelines, and the quality of parts being used. Screen repairs were quoted at prices far beyond what is reasonable, justified by claims of “premium” parts that do not align with industry pricing differences, which are minimal. I strongly urge anyone considering repairs here to be cautious. You are far better off purchasing your own replacement screen and paying labor elsewhere. This business relies on misleading practices rather than fair pricing and transparency.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Dropped a Mac book pro off on 9-29-25. Just picked it up on 12-2-25. Needed a screen repair. Still not repaired. Started calling about it after they had it for a month, kept being told they would call me back and that my original screen was on a plane that crashed. A bunch of bull crap. No one ever returned my calls. And I was told it was at the stockwell location, and was sent back to NOBO location from there bc it wasn’t at stockwell. I’m sure the owner will come on and bash me like he has other 1 star reviews….

My son was charged 500 dollars to replace iphone screen. It lasted about 2 months and did the same thing and they wont fix it without charging him again. Rip off artist. Don't go here.
