The worst experience I’ve had in life. This is the most racist store DO NOT SHOP HERE! I came in to purchase items like any other customer in. I got a item and then walked to the fridge section. A white store clerk approached me and says “Take it out or I’m calling the cops”. I immediately was offended and confused on what the heck she was talking about. I immediately opened my bag and asked her what the heck she was talking about. She then proceeded oh someone said you were stealing? I’m like again what the hell are you talking about. I clearly am shopping and getting juice. I have nothing to steal from this corner store and would never do anything of this manner. I told her you assumed I’m stealing because I’m black correct. She then gets offended because I stated this then told me to calm down. This situation was handled extremely wrong she should not walk up on me accusing me of nothing. I will be taking legal actions for discrimination this is wrong. You have a racist employees. This is unacceptable.

There's a Bourbon St. Cafe located inside. Great food! Plate lunches, burger deals, fried fish, boudin balls, fountain drinks and frozen slush drinks. call-in orders and drive thru!
