I hate giving bad reviews, but this store has been a nightmare to deal with. I spent $120 on what I thought was a beautiful top notch vape. Unfortunately, this product has not worked properly since I bought it I have gone to the store and have called and all I can be told is there are no refunds or exchanges. I have literally broken down into tears over this situation. I will not ever walk into this place again. All they did was take my money, offer rejection and sale me a bad vape! I hope no one ever has to experience this with anyone .

I absolutely LOVE this smoke shop! Such a chill environment and the staff is very well educated on their product. I needed a vape and with the ban I didn't expect to find anything worth a hoot. The employee was so informative, absolutely the friendliest, and very patient with my indecisiveness.

Goes in to inquire about trying to stop vaping and if any nicotine free vapes are available. Proceeds to sell SBX with “metatine” stating it’s a much healthier option and popular among people trying to quit. Finds out synthetic derivative is ten times worse on your lungs, but refuses to even swap out after false information from sales guy. I suggest you stop providing false info to customers before you just add to the list of already shut down vape shops. Hypothetical example…”Hey I’m trying to kick a schedule 1 drug addiction” and proceeds to suggest heroine 😂…yeah seems rational. All you had to do was swap this poison out and I would have saved a minute of my time calling out your snake oil that you don’t even take the time to look into.
