Great atmosphere/ environment, great customer service, great food/different menu options to choose from at the deli/restaurant. I ordered the shrimp Po-Boy combo with seasoned fries and onion rings. Also the store is very clean, with clean public restrooms. Great fuel discount using a mobile app, with points earned 30 cents off a gallon!! Very friendly staff!! Thank you!! to all the staff members at Tobacco Plus #20. Keep up the good works!! You guys are doing a great job!!

Oil prices are 71 dollars a barrel and they refuse to go down on their fuel prices. Just a couple of miles away in Moss Bluff Louisiana it's 50 cents a gallon cheaper for diesel. Even the mom and pops convenience stores on Highway 171 are cheaper than this place!

The WORST Tobacco Plus in Southwest Louisiana!! Customer service is horrible 0 out of 10! Items are never stocked—preferably the icee machine and when you search and find stock items yourself, they decide not to sell it to you (I just did all the work for free, I should be able to purchase the item I stocked, especially when no one came to help after being notified MORE THAN ONCE!) Tobacco Plus makes too much money (a million dollar company) to not have employees with GREAT customer service and for items to never be fully stocked!!!

Lady taking orders at the deli has a deficiency or something. Asked me how I wanted my shrimp poboy 4 times dude, and STILL managed to get it wrong even tho my answer was "plain" Literally asking you to do less work and you still cant do it right. If she wasnt so rude I would've been nice, but nah yall rude AND arent smart. Go anywhere else to get food, they'll just be mean then be stupid.

I’ve always heard people rave about this place. Well today at work I decided to DoorDash some food from here and I can’t believe I just paid $27 for two tiny pieces of fried rib and a cup of what was supposed to be crawfish Étouffée. It was like crawfish in water with some trinity! Never again!!
