Called because what I paid for wasn't in the box and was told by Kimber (who said she was the manager 😳) there was nothing she could do. No refund, no replacement, nothing. Asked for the DM and waiting for his call. This store is.... sigh. Look at the pic and tell me which is deflated cause it's empty! Got a call from Wayne. He was rude and very condescending. He acted like he would lose his life if they gave back the $3 I paid. Won't go back.

I didn't think I would find another store like the one in a small town called Welsh, LA..BUT it is just like it. It's dirty, you can't walk through the aisles (and it was not a stock day), there were pulled off stuff scattered everywhere. I thought because it was fairly new it would be clean.... It wasn't!! The only GOOD thing about my experience was the young man behind the register was very pleasant and even said thank you with a smile.

It was very pleasant store was clean I found what I wanted with ease. Service was great only thing I didn't like was some of the customers giving some good friendly employee s rough. People how can we want great service if we give them no respect. The lady Brittany was great
