10/10 recommend this shop! He had a wonderful selection and was very very generous in helping me pick exactly what I needed. He also had a few unexpected freebies which was a nice touch! Super nice guy and would definitely go back!

The vibe in this store is truly one of a kind. I felt SO welcomed when I went In. The staff was incredibly helpful and very kind. Prices are great as well. Highly recommend this shop!

Jeff from Primo really stuck his neck out for me when he definitely didn’t need to. I’ve been to this store countless times at this point. They always have something new, always have a wide range of prices for really nice glassware, and everyone behind the counter always takes their time with every customer. My favorite glass shop in Maine. The well stocked shelves will never beat good customer service though which you should expect to receive here.

A great selection of pieces from local artists. Awesome options in starting at 10.00 and up. Staff was awesome and very knowledgeable.

They are wonderful. I'm 61 and they really take the time to explain how things work if you don't understand. And they go out of their way to make things as easy as possible for you. I wish all businesses had their level of customer service! And the cherry on top is they carry a wide variety of vape products (I use a box with a tank). They have a good choice of juices and plenty of things like replacement glass for tanks. I could go on all day singing their praises. I just pray that they're around for a long time!! ☻I had to add on. More businesses should take a page out of the “𝓟𝓻𝓲𝓶𝓸 𝓖𝓵𝓪𝓼𝓼 𝓒𝓾𝓼𝓽𝓸𝓶𝓮𝓻 𝓢𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓲𝓬𝓮" book. Whether I call, or more rarely, go in. (My daughter and her husband usually pick up my juice for me, since I don’t drive. But on occasion I make my way in) They always have what I need and it’s always at a reasonable price. And if for some reason I don’t know how to do something they are very knowledgeable, from my experience, about their products. I even had a gentleman put a coil in a tank I just bought because I’m not able to do it myself. My son normally comes over and does it for me.
