I one great thing about this place is the selection but that's about it. I've been here three times because I've been working in the area. All three times the guy has gotten out from behind the counter and literally watched me the whole time in the humidor. Guy literally went out of his way like I was a thief. The first time is okay since you don't know me but after the third time and spending good money I won't be back you lost my business. Usually I don't go back at all once I feel uncomfortable or like I'm being watched like a hawk. Gave the guy chance and he kept doing it even worse next time. What topped it off is when I bought the last cigar it had mold on it and he told me to wipe it off I'd be okay. Oh and bring your ID cuz you'll be carded every time. I'm 50 years old and he carded me every time. Just another annoying thing when you know damn well he remembers.

What a great find in Maine! They have a great selection of many premium cigars! If you are a fan of Perdomo - then you are in Perdomo heaven!!!! The best in all of Maine! Excellent service from Mark - very helpful, patient and knowledgeable!! Mark is the epitome of creating a wonderful customer experience! He recommended a 30th Anniversary CT and I enjoyed it in their relaxing lounge! Thank you Mark!! I bought a couple of 30th to take home! Highly recommend this cigar lounge!

Haven't been there in awhile..since it was sold...guy behind counter says it was sold to a corporation...used to be owned by a guy who's dad also owned a cigar store...I picked up some pipe tobacco today and a bottle of wine...they have pretty good selection of pipe tobacco...but prices are way high...2x-3x the prices online for what i bought...ouch...won't be back..least for pipe tobacco...change is inevitable I guess.

I was very pleased with the size and selection in their humidor. Prices were reasonable, which is a big selling point in the Portland area where other shops are overpriced. The staff were knowledgeable and the gentleman behind the counter, whose name I didn't get, was very helpful. I told him I had an iced coffee and an hour and a half drive to smoke, so he suggested the Romeo Y Julieta Reserva Real in a Churchill size. That bad boy lasted the whole ride home and was almost too much cigar! Thank you, dude who works in the cigar store! You made my drive that much more pleasant. I'll be back for sure.
