Absolutely horrible! I bought an ecig from here and something is wrong with the battery it was a Tyson and it started at 95% battery like they always do and in less than an hour the battery was almost dead. I called and explained the problem and they basically told me oh well that sucks it was $25 now I have to go buy a new one from somewhere else!

Absolutely horrible horrible customer service on top of that. I lost out of $40 from them settling me fake elf bars. I’ve been using watermelon ice for over a year and a half now by elf bar. I know what it should taste like I immediately could tell that something was wrong by the color of the Vape once I and how it it tasted completely different so I knew that it was a counterfeit you Thank them only knowing that they bought fake elf bars that they would try to make the situation better. They only had me waste more time and have me come back the next day telling me I would receive my money back and they denied me my money or an exchange.
